FREE SHIPPING

Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders over $150.00 (before taxes and after promotions or discounts have been applied) shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous United States. (Dealers excluded.)

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on distance, package size, and weight.

All orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination, so please allow additional time for orders placed during weekends, holidays, or non-business days.

ATTKTX® typically ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS); however, we may use other couriers as needed. Tracking information will be provided when available, and customers will receive email notifications once their order ships.

For specialized shipments or express delivery requests, please contact info@attktx.com for assistance. ATTKTX.com reserves the right to adjust shipping charges on any order that did not calculate properly.

Please note that ATTKTX® is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.


RETURN POLICY

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue. After this period, we may be unable to facilitate an exchange. For items damaged during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

If you received the wrong item, we’ll cover all costs associated with the exchange or return.

ATTKTX® offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, unfired, unworn, and factory sealed in their original packaging with tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and orders that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Used, assembled, anodized, or modified items will not be accepted. Custom, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for return. Soft goods, clothing, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. ATTKTX® reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policies.

To initiate a return, please contact info@attktx.com. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable and insured shipping method. Do not use the product packaging as your shipping box — damaged or missing packaging may result in an additional 20% restocking fee on top of the standard restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, items will be inspected to verify eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method. If more than 15 days have passed without confirmation, please contact info@attktx.com.
