PRE-ORDER POLICY

Some ATTKTX® products are special projects that take extra time and care to produce. Because of this, all pre-orders are non-refundable.

When you place a pre-order, you’re helping us bring these products to life! Once your order is placed, payment is final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded — unless ATTKTX® needs to cancel your order, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Production and Delivery
We work closely with our vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to produce pre-order items. Delivery is usually expected within 90 days after production begins. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes.

Sometimes, delays with one supplier or step in the process can cause a ripple effect, impacting the overall timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we want your pre-order to arrive safely! ATTKTX® cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Product Variations
Pre-ordered products are sold as-is. Occasionally, minor changes in color, finish, or design may occur as we work with our partners to bring these products to life.

We may update this policy from time to time, and changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to any updates.
