Some ATTKTX® products are special projects that take extra time and care to produce. Because of this, all pre-orders are non-refundable. When you place a pre-order, you’re helping us bring these products to life. These funds are used to secure the production and necessary resources required to fulfill the order. Once your order is placed, payment is final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded — unless ATTKTX® needs to cancel your order, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Production and Delivery

We work closely with our vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to produce pre-order items. Additionally, as authorized dealers for other companies, we occasionally offer their brand-new, unreleased products for pre-order.

Delivery timelines for pre-orders are estimates and vary depending on the specific project and production schedule. Estimated shipping windows will be specified on the product page, but these are subject to change based on manufacturing progress. Sometimes, delays with one supplier, manufacturer, or step in the process can cause a ripple effect, impacting the overall timeline. This is common with first-time releases where we are working alongside our brand partners to meet production goals. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure the quality of these items before they ship.

Combined Orders

To keep shipping efficient, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items delivered sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. If an order has already been placed and you wish to split the shipment, please contact us at info@attktx.com to arrange for the payment of additional shipping costs.

Shipping Address and Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we want your pre-order to arrive safely! It is your responsibility to notify us at info@attktx.com if your address changes before your order ships. ATTKTX® is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout.

Product Variations

Pre-ordered products are sold as-is. Occasionally, minor changes in color, finish, or design may occur as we (or the manufacturers we represent) work with partners to bring these products to life for the first time.
